A Sky Package and then suddenly two sports channels are taken off. No notification or reduction in money charged.

Isn't this like selling someone a car and then coming and taking one of the wheels off a few months later.

You can complain all you want but no satisfaction.

Sky Mobile

What a great deal €15.00 a month. Except that the reception / signal is pathetic. Complaining is a waste of time.

Sky Mobile is using Vodafone Network.

Called to the Vodafone shop for explanation why was reception / signal so bad on Sky mobile?

Told that Sky mobile:

HAS NOT GOT FULL ACCESS TO THE Vodafone NETWORK.

I wonder why Sky sales person forgot to mention this.
