Invasion of privacy today or spying by companies like Google, Meta, Microsoft, Apple, for instance, has gone completely out of control.

But I do believe we all have rights to our privacy and these companies who extract our data for commercial gain are committing crimes both personal and against humanity, breaching our civil and human basic rights to privacy.

But the problem is they are so big and powerful now and are so intertwined with governments it is getting really hard to stop them in their quest for more and more greed and power for global dominance and uncontrolled global data theft.

However, there is one place they have no power and that is personal ownership of items or electronic devices ie: Vehicles, Electronic Devices, Property or anything a person may buy and own in fact.

Let me explain my reasoning here.

If for instance I buy a phone from a phone shop and pay for the phone outright, or a car at a car dealer or a computer from a computer shop these items are now my property.

Even though they may have features or apps on them belonging to other third party companies, I am the legal owner of these products or items and what happens on these or inside happens in my personal owned space, let it be phone or a car or whatever.

If the companies who wish to operate any apps for instance on my property they do not have permission to extract any data from my property and use it for their own commercial gain. If they do this, that is called stealing, it is an illegal extraction of my personal data for their commercial gain. I am getting no commercial gain from the transaction.

These companies have to respect my ownership privacy and my data privacy. For some reason they seem to think they can collect my personal data, sometimes even without my knowledge, on a device I own without my written permission or without any commercial gain to me. Contracts have to be two way and equitable.

There are times when an app may need some info to fulfill security updates and so on but in general that is not the only reason the data is being collected. So their privacy policy which you are forced to agree to use on some apps for instance is not the only privacy policy in play here.

My Privacy Policy For All Companies

My privacy policy is and always has been as stated in GDPR law that they would need a written contract with me to use any personal data on or in items which I legally own. So it is now a case of me having to provide this privacy policy to people I have bought and will buy from in the future. But I shouldn't have to do that but that is how out of control this whole, invasion of privacy, situation has become.

This is already written in GDPR and contract law.

This is my privacy policy
